Desktop Bandar

Terms of use

Last updated: 31 October 2026

Desktop Bandar is made and sold by an independent developer in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (“Desktop Bandar”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us any time on our Contact us page. By using our website or the Desktop Bandar app, or by buying a licence, you agree to these terms.

1. What Desktop Bandar is

Desktop Bandar is a desktop pet: a cartoon monkey that lives on your screen, plays tricks, wears outfits and keeps you company. The website lets anyone try him for free. The app for your computer needs a licence.

He is naughty but harmless: he never opens, changes or deletes your files, never types for you and never closes your apps. When he “steals” your mouse pointer, he always gives it back, and you can hide him at once with a shortcut or from his menu.

2. Your account

To buy and activate the app you sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email. Keep your account to yourself: your licence belongs to it. You get a username (we suggest one, and you can pick your own). Usernames must not be rude, hateful, misleading or someone else’s name or trademark; we may change a username that breaks this rule.

3. Prices and payment

Desktop Bandar is a one-time purchase: Basic ₹99 or Full Access ₹199, shown on our website before you pay. Prices are in Indian rupees and are the full amount you pay. There are no subscriptions and no automatic charges. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see your card, UPI or bank details.

Upgrade: already on Basic? Upgrade to Full Access any time for ₹100 from your account page. Your same licence becomes Full Access.

Referral offer: a Basic buyer gets a one-time code. When a friend buys any plan with that code, the Basic licence becomes Full Access. You can’t use your own code, and each code works once.

4. Your licence: one Gmail, one computer

To keep things fair and stop copies, one payment = one Gmail = one computer.

5. What you may not do

If a licence was bought by fraud, charged back, or used against these rules, we may end it.

6. Updates and changes

The app updates itself for free. We keep improving him, and we may add, change or retire tricks and features. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Desktop Bandar means you accept it.

7. Children

Desktop Bandar is family-friendly. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to buy the licence and agree to these terms for you.

8. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Desktop Bandar safe, light and bug-free, but the app and website are provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us for your licence. Nothing here takes away your rights under Indian consumer law.

9. Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of India. If we can’t sort out a problem together, the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu will decide.
